The installation of the Organic Acid Plate-Tube Combined Evaporation System has been successfully completed, with an evaporation capacity of 30 tons per hour. The multi-effect plate-tube combined evaporator consists of two or more effect bodies (a mix of plate and tube types) connected to form a complete energy-saving evaporation system. In this system, the secondary steam generated during evaporation in the preceding effect evaporator is utilized as heating steam for the subsequent effect evaporator, achieving thermal energy reuse and saving heating steam. Next, the commissioning department will conduct a comprehensive inspection and debugging of the system before delivering it to the user.
